Terms of Service

1. Acceptable use

CndCode is a free file-sharing tool. You agree not to upload:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
• Malware, viruses, phishing kits, or exploit code
• Content that infringes copyrights or trademarks you don't own
• Private/personal information of other people without consent
• Anything illegal under Indian law or your local jurisdiction

2. Storage & retention

Files are stored as-is. We do not modify or transcode them. Files may be removed at any time without notice, especially when they violate these terms or are reported.

3. Privacy

We log minimal metadata (filename, size, upload time, IP) for abuse prevention. We don't sell data or share it with third parties except when required by law.

4. Limits

• Max file size: 256 MB
• Allowed types: common image, video, audio, document, code & archive formats
• We may rate-limit abusive traffic

5. No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We're not responsible for data loss or downtime. Keep a local backup of anything important.

6. Reporting abuse

Found bad content? Use the Report page or email abuse@cndco.de. We respond within 24 hours.
